• Check your device volume and silent switch.
• Try changing Voice or Audio Speed in Settings.
• Close and reopen the app.

1. The microphone is not working.

• Go to iOS Settings > Farsilingo > Microphone and enable it.
• Make sure you are on a stable internet connection.

1. Speech recognition is not working.

• Speech recognition requires internet access.
• Try again in a quieter space and speak clearly.

1. Why is a story locked?

• Stories unlock after completing specific lessons. Keep progressing and they will unlock.

1. My progress did not save.

• If you use cloud sync, make sure you are signed in and online.
• Close and reopen the app, then check again.
