Use of the App

FarsiLingo is a language learning app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All content in FarsiLingo — including lessons, stories, sayings, and audio — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any content without permission.

Disclaimer

FarsiLingo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of language content or uninterrupted availability of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
